We go the extra mile by being available to serve 24 hours a day. Our goal is to serve on the first attempt, although our rate covers 3 attempts. We have served at parking lots, bars, parks, restaurants, hospitals, prisons, court rooms, airports, soccer matches and numerous other places.

Our Flat Fee pricing is strictly based on mileage. We NEVER charge "RUSH" Fees as we think it's important to always serve/deliver/file documents the same day we get them from you.

How do I serve someone?

We meet with you to go over the documents to be served, take the address of the person/company to be served, including any description of the person, vehicle or location of a Statutory Agent. I then make sure I have your phone number so I can call you once the person has been served and to provide updates while attempting service. I also get an email address or fax number so I can provide you with a copy of the Certificate of Service once I have filed it with the proper court. Lastly, I take payment for the service and go out to serve process upon the person named in the court documents.

If you are looking for a process server, look no farther! This is by far the best experience we've ever had with a server. He was prompt, delivering the papers within a day. He communicated with us and made sure to keep us updated with everything going on. Most servers that we come across are impatient and lack any sort of care. That is not the case with him. He is patient and his communication skills are wonderful. Price was affordable and fair, and overall this experience was amazing. The person that was served is extremely elusive, but he had no issue finding him and delivering the papers. 10/10 recommend going with him, as you will not be disappointed! I have never met a server who is so dedicated to his job and he doesn't just treat you like just another case!
